In 2022, LGA sourced a 5-acre, transit-oriented multifamily development site from an existing client, conducting a targeted, off-market process that included a select group of prospective buyers. The sale encompassed the land, completed plans, full entitlements, and all necessary approvals for 379 upscale apartments on the Downtown Largo Metro Station outside Washington, D.C. Following the sale, LGA exclusively represented the buyer in securing competitive, fixed-rate construction financing from a life insurance company. Including this transaction, LGA has capitalized $250 million in multifamily investment on behalf of this client over a 24-month span.

In 2020, LGA led the formation of a strategic alliance between a Salt Lake City-based regional developer and one of the nation’s premier construction and development firms. The joint venture was formed to pursue a two-phase multifamily development featuring ~900 luxury apartments and 20,000 SF of ground-floor retail in the sought-after suburban community of Draper, UT, 20 miles south of Downtown Salt Lake City. LGA exclusively represented the partnership in securing attractive debt and equity financing to capitalize both phases over a 36-month period.
