The sale encompassed the land, completed plans, full entitlements, and all necessary approvals for 379 upscale apartments on the Downtown Largo Metro Station outside Washington, D.C. Following the sale, LGA exclusively represented the buyer in securing competitive, fixed-rate construction financing from a life insurance company. Including this transaction, LGA has capitalized $250 million in multifamily investment on behalf of this client over a 24-month span.
